When is the best time for a newborn photoshoot?

There is no rule of thumb - it entirely depends on what kind of photos you are looking for. There are two options - let's talk about these.

You like tiny baby photos

If you want the tininess of your baby to be captured, schedule your newborn photoshoot in the first 7-10 days after she / he was born. Your baby will most likely have their eyes closed and sleep during the session.

I recommend a slow and relaxed in home session.

You like to see more connection

Schedule your session between the 2nd - 3rd month when your baby is still small but big enough to stay awake for a period of time and is more able to interact with mummy and daddy.

We can perfectly combine in-home and outdoor photos in my 2 hours session.

It doesn't really matter when the photos are taken.

Until you feel relaxed and comfortable during the session and the photos are true and honest to the time they were taken.
